We took a motorhome 3+ weeks to California.  No significant issues and it was our first RV experience!

We went to Disneyland, and stayed at a campground. Our second rental and  I used to drive trucks so it was no problem.

Took it to Penn State in the fall for a tailgater. They gave us a couple of offbeat places to visit in the Central PA area.
