No, its not a timeshare. It is a partnership commitment. The benefits of RV use at a lower price without many of the hassles of ownership. And you have the benefit of our guidance and experience.

Reasons not to own one yourself: 1) you pay to store it, 3) they are targets for theft/vandalism, 4) they cost a fortune to repair ($180/hour is common), 5) it can take 3-6 months to get some things fixed like a generator or refrigerator, 6) many people wind up using it MUCH less that they expect, 7) they have MASSIVE depreciation, 8) new units tend to come with an average 50 defects that take about 5 months to remedy from the seller, 9) You are stuck with the rig you bought (cant change size, for example), etc…

What we do: WE handle the maintenance, upkeep, storage, vehicle prep for your trip, etc. Your partnership is good as long as you continue to make your monthly maintenance payments. It has no specific endpoint.

• There are Partnerships at several levels:
  • Basic ($2500 1-Time Down Payment, $39/Monthly Maintenance, 6 Rental Days a Year, Additional Days at 25% Reduced Rate). Includes 75 miles daily and 1 hour of generator use.
  • Member ($3250 1-Time Down Payment, $49/Monthly Maintenance, 8 Rental Days a Year, Additional Days at 30% Reduced Rate.) Includes 100 miles daily and 2 hours of generator use.
  • VIP White Glove ($4500 1-Time Down Payment, $59/Monthly Maintenance, Delivery up to 50 miles, setup, 9 Rental Days a Year, Additional Days at 35% Reduced Rate). Includes 100 miles daily and 3 hours of generator use.
• We have an arrangement with a company so you can purchase daily RV insurance coverage during your trip (insurance is required any time you rent or buy an RV).
• You can buy a partnership in units of “weeks per year”. You have the option to change your Partnership or Level commitment (#weeks up/down) once a year. There is peak (summer), off peak, and winter usage rates. There is a minimum of 10 days for bookings from May 25 – September 15. 3 day minimum otherwise. Winter use is ONLY for heading south.
• There are standard fees for security deposit, pet, cleaning/prep, mileage, fuel refills, etc.

10 YEAR RV COST SITTING (ASSUMES $125,000 purchase price – new)

• DEPRECIATION $65,000
• INTEREST (LOAN) $35,000 @ 5% plus fees
• INSURANCE $7000
• MAINTENANCE (OIL CHANGE, TIRES, ETC) – $5000+
• REPAIRS – VARIABLE
• FEES (LICENSING, TAXES, TITLING, INSPECTIONS, REGISTRATION, ETC) $7500
