•Safety When people are avoiding air travel, hotels, entertainment centers and tours, renting our RV can be a safer choice.
•Convenience/Freedom You can sleep and eat and see America on your own terms!
•Expense Private RV ownership – they sit unused about 95% of the time. Rather than the cost, storage, depreciation, liability and insurance, potential theft (like your cat converter), renting ours will give you the best of both worlds! RV Repairs costs $180+ an hour and repairs can take months. The average new motorhome is believed to have 50+ defects that can cause it to sit in the shop for an average of 5 months.
•At a campsite with power/water/sewer. (Multiday rentals require evidence of an “improved” campsite or lot).
•For Penn State/Tailgate Football games in the Fall
•Emergency/medical/quarantine housing
•Temporary housing for you or your guests. Check first with your local zoning.
•Traveling or touring.
•Film-making/business use. We already had a horror movie and another movie filmed using one of our units! We also had a National Geographic group.
•Rent before trying to buy your own RV!
•Hunting/fishing season.
•DVDs, games, cards, etc.
•4+ gallons of spring water and beverages (per person) – never drink/brush teeth/ingest/cook with water from RV sinks/showers.
•Plates, bowls, silverware, cups, mugs. These may be in your RV kitchen, but people often break or take them without telling us.
•Play it safe and bring along, just in case.
•Sponges, dish towels, trash bags, rags, dish detergent, broom/dustpan, paper towels/napkins, hand sanitizer
•Bed linens & pillows, towels, washcloths.
•For sanitary reasons, we do not supply edibles, linens, pillows, toys, games, infant/child/pet supplies, etc.
•Toiletries, special camper toilet paper, shampoo, toothpaste, hair products, extra eyeglasses. Sunglasses.
•Clothing for a variety of weather, socks/underwear, laundry basket, laundry soap
•Basic first aid kit, camera/battery/computer chargers, batteries, plastic wrap/foil/ziplock bags
•Paper plates/bowls/cups, sharp knife, spices, can opener/wine bottle opener, cooking utensils, cutlery.
•Coffee & filters, teabags, drink mixes, sugar, creamer
•Folding chairs (we have a few for sale, upon advance request)
•Portable grill/hibachi/charcoal (outdoor use only!)
•Lantern/flashlight, sunscreen/insect repellent
•Pet supplies (if approved/paid for a dog under 15 pounds, nails clipped)
•Child/baby supplies, child seat, safety items
•You can set up a very small child sleeper in shower while camping (to avoid blocking aisle) – but do not close the shower door. This is at your own risk.
•Anything else you deem useful or necessary.
